- Before submitting their thesis, aspirants will participate in a Pre-submission Seminar with their supervisor or guide. The seminar will be open to everyone. The supervisor will ensure that the candidate incorporates all the suggestions in the final thesis. A report will be submitted as part of this seminar, which will include suggestions for improvement.
- At least 45 days before submitting the thesis, candidates must incorporate all the changes and provide a summary of their thesis to their supervisors or guides.
- Candidate’s thesis must be submitted in hard copy as well as in digital form. An external expert will examine this thesis. A candidate must re-submit a modified thesis if any expert suggests any changes to the paper submitted in the initial submission.
- Candidates then present their points of view in a viva voce, where they argue openly for and against their thesis.
- Only those candidates who achieve perfection throughout these stages will be awarded a doctorate.
